I know what I am doing every Saturday! I fell in love with this show on episode 1. The cast is hilarious and entertaining and they drop so many incredible knowledge bombs. They are experts that this flipping business and you can clearly see that. I'm learning pro tips from industry professionals while I sit on my couch, it's awesome. If you haven't seen it, you have to check it out. Jamil is hilarioussssss hahaha.

This show is unwatchable. The first thing I noticed is the LOUD soundtrack. These guys will be talking and you have to strain to hear what they are saying because of the loud background music, which stops and starts for no discernible reason. Then there are the people themselves. All of them are ugly and obnoxious. The two men in the truck constantly say "why isn't everybody doing this??" which is incredibly irresponsible. "Everybody" isn't doing it because it is easy to go bankrupt doing it. Do you think maybe these guys are planning a seminar scan??? Duh. Then, the bro culture. These guys actually call each other "bro" and are loud, obnoxious braggarts. The show is about them, not about making "triple digit flips" or any kind of flipping. So if you would enjoy watching watching ugly, obnoxious guys whose constant loud obnoxious bragging is often drowned out by the loud obnoxious background music, then you'll like this show.

Jamil, Rahima, Laura, and Pace are truly the dream team. Their dynamic within their partnerships and relationships are so fun to watch, and I could only hope to become half the experts they are in this field. I promise you'll be wowed, entertained, and educated - whether you're watching for entertainment or you are a flipper, wholesaler, or agent yourself. I became so hooked I entered to win their challenge to flip a house with their team. Crossing my fingers Flip Me picks me, so Rahima can teach me her design ways!

You only get minimal, split-second views of the house they're working on. Mostly the camera is stuck on big closeups of the face of the guy with the poor grooming. The camera person never pans or steps back. If you want to see renovation, this ain't it.

Pace & Jamil are SEASONED veterans. All it takes is a Google search to know they are the real deal. I cannot help but to be so happy to learn from the greats in an entertaining fashion for FREE.

There's so much you can learn if you really pay attention to what they do and their whole mindset behind their decisions. The coming episodes are gonna be great! I'm so excited...

I saw this episode and loved the house, I was confused as to what the price you got for it $885,000. But when you look it up, it says it was sold for $950,000. Can someone explain this part to me. I want to get into real estate. And wanna know the ins and outs, but this show threw me off a little with the different prices that it was sold for. Also, I love how you guys do the office parties, looks like an awesome place to work. Are you guys hiring.lol.. Nah, I'm serious..lol (straight face).

If someone can start/point me in the right direction.

Especially on hiring real estate agents.

How do you find these properties, through banks, etc.

The houses are jazzed up for the photos and are staged nicely, but don't look good IRL. They seem to be sold to business partners or acolytes with side deals to get the sales prices to be recorded higher. They all have fake followers and likes on Instagram. The whole thing seems fake.

Great insight to how the professional flippers actual restore a ugly house, how to make it worth your time and invest. But also from the eyes of a super who might be hesitant to buy a fixer upper, to see what you actually have to go through.

Realtor confuses 1650 sf and 1560. Confuse a pergola for a gazebo. Project manager sets rehab budget without going to house or even looking at pictures solely based on sf. How would you know if house is just simple paint and update bathrooms and kitchen or needs new roof, plumbing, electrical, etc based on just sf. Raise asking price 135k from beginning of rehab to end just so can live up to show title of triple digit flip.

Great show! Very entertaining and informative. Shows that you can be great at business and make a lot of money but still have a good heart and treat projects and people with respect.

Like so many of these shows, the amount of renovation being completed could never be accomplished with the bugets presented.

Even with all subs doing free labor the materials would have to be discounted.

Watch for the construction challenges and entertainment of actors.

I love watching house flipping shows. Most are about the design and the story of the home owners which is great, but is massively over done on TV right now.

I love that this is the different approach. I feel like this is actually informative to the point where I am learning how to get into flipping myself. Other shows show the glamorous parts of flipping, but Pace, Jamil, Laura, and Rahima show the business and investing side where I haven't seen before. It is so exciting to watch and makes me want to find out how to do this on my own! This is a must watch for anyone who loves real estate, house flipping, and a good laugh (they are extremely hilarious!).

I love home remodeling shows.... This show FEELS the most authentic.

This crew has been together for a long time. Their affection and respect for one another is believable. Brother, sister, best friend & wife with thriving legit Arizona business.

They are positive, playful, even silly without seeming phony.

Rajima (?) is the project/design manager and she appears to legitimately stay on the site with the crew the majority of the time (not just for the camera).

The team is very considerate of the future homeowner and wants to give them something to be proud and happy with. Even creating "special projects" and extra "razzle dazzle" for prospective homeowners. Makes it exciting.

The team obviously have roots and ties to the community. Their staff and crew genuinely seems to respect them and want to please them.

They offer real tips and advice applicable to anyone wanting to make large or small changes to their own home - or trying to get into the flipping game.

Its easy to love the team of awesome personalities. They are really fun and eclectic and authentic! I love this show more than ANY other home show! My only issue with this program is that I've seen all the episodes and A&E isn't pumping out new ones fast enough for me!!!! Get on it!!!! I'm hooked!!!

So at first - I wasn't feeling this show until I saw how well they work as a team and then at the end where their staff/team get so excited when their homes are sold and how they include everyone as though they actually care about them as though they are family. Absolutely blows my mind! LOVE IT and now I'm hooked!!!!

I am a huge fan of home shows. Flipping, rehabs, historical whatever. These guys are the real deal. No fake drama. Rahima great designer and project manager. The one thing I don't really like is where they are - Arizona. But all of the team know what they're doing and work great together.
