This episode is important for the ongoing narrative, but whilst the main art mystery is ok, the padding out of it and secondary plot lines are really boring. Unfortunately the young adults are merely in for box-ticking and don't have interesting stories - all a bit stereotypical. If you are not fans of Judith and Jeremy, than this is a JJ-free zone, but the other supporting characters filling the time are annoying too. Indeed I have more sympathy for the chateau dwellers having learned their heart-breaking history in Season Three. This episode was a real let down after the first three because it became too much like other shows.

The local police must be pleased that Jean is such an art and antique expert. She even has an experimental phone app to see what lies beneath.
In this episode the police investigate a mysterious death and forged art.
I am sure the lady with the red fingernails will be behind both. The man who died had a rare work of art stolen from his home, a Klint.
Meanwhile an art dealer is accused of selling forgeries or have the work been switched?
I was astounded that an art dealer took the accusations of forgery so meekly or even knew the strokes a disreputable buyer might pull.
A lot of the side stories was just filler.
