I wish my cell phone would stay charged 5 days

Not a bad episode. But it has been five days and their phones are still charged. Wish my phone would stay charged that long. I have a theory. I think they may be far in the future, not in the past. Like maybe instead of society processing it has gone in the other direction.

Nothing new
gbaym27 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I have no idea why this episode is the highest rated of the series so far. There were no new.developments, nothing.

Characters are still (mostly) bad. Like, who cares about the letter at the end when we barely seen Gavin and Eve together? Is that supposed to work? It does not for me.

Logic, as almost always with this show, is replaced with a fact-paced.narrative. Josh and the girl (Riley?) hide from the fort people, then they argue, then they reenter the fort... just to escape again. I mean you would think they do something important, but they have no contribution whatsoever, their arc is meaningless, it doesn't even develop characters, they were just there to.eat up the time of the episode.

I'm gonna keep watching since it's just a 10 episode season, but come on, La Brea, give us something good.

Oh my goooosssshhh we get it... give it a rest.

This show is so bad. There is never any development between episodes. No character development. No real plot development. And leave it to Hollywood to fit in a bunch of "subtle" references to the brain dead "stolen land" debate.

5 episodes is enough, I'm checking out.

Why Ty is so eager to get through Lilly???
yunyy22 November 2021
At this point, Eve and Josh know more about the man, kid's grandfather. They returned, Eve should've shared the news with innercircle adults like Ty and Sam. But instead Ty keeps asking about the man to Lilly who saw him for like 10 seconds. Hoping Lilly would talk more about the man or her own story. He doesn't ask around for any other people about their past, and he knows it's difficult to get through adults. There was not a single scene that Ty asking people how they were doing after the event worrying about their mental health. Lilly's known family member Veronica doesn't like ty connecting with Lilly, but he keeps at it. I think it's only because it is easier for him. It would've been smoother story, if Lilly talked about her past to the couple who were fixing the car, after a few episodes with them of course. They took care of Lilly for hours, they had connection. Lilly expressed her excitement talking with them to Veronica. Ty is just a random person who has a degree.
