I was having trouble with my connection due to bad weather. The episode kept shorting out/needed to be restarted. I finally got annoyed enough to read reviews/spoilers to see if it was worth my aggravation. The entire carousel of one Turner or another wanting Leanne out of the house with the same result of No Leanne=Rubber Jericho. I mean, why is this even still a THING...?? They seem to have enough money to purchase a continent, yet they still cannot maintain nor remember the dynamic after several attempts that without Leanne, there is no Jericho?? What in the world is going to NAIL THAT??
I don't know. I'm seriously disappointed in that same thing happening over and over and over...my own child was murdered. I think I'd stop the nonsense after one time. If Jeffrey Dahmer showed up on my doorstep with my daughter, and after kicking him out for eating a neighbor resulted in my daughter becoming a doll...? I think I'd remember that without Munchie, I wouldn't have my kid. Once. And I don't need an IQ of 300 nor a monthly income of nine hundred billion dollars a week to remember this particular recipe that without one, I cannot have the other. That horse has been beaten to death so often at this point that its been reincarnated 50x. MOVE ALONG ALREADY.
And to add to my irritation, I expected some epic "brutal" ending. It was incredibly predictable that blue shoes was headed for the guillotine. We've ridden THAT horse a time or twelve: Don't get in Leanne's way, children. She got mad skills from one otherworldly being or another, and that's enough for me to know she's a fox in doe-eyed clothing.
I don't know about you, but a "brutal" ending it was NOT; the Ring Hook some episodes ago was slightly brutal. So maybe the other viewers are a little sheltered and that's okay. Just duly note that they leave much to be desired. I'll know that next time my connection wants to play games, but I know myself. I'm enjoying the beauty of some of those houses, the clothing, and yes: The blue shoes.
