- Simon brings a portable bar to Horse's birthday and everyone visibly has many drinks (beer is shown). Several characters pass out. Stephen gets very drunk and threatens Policeman with a broken bottle (comedic).

- While this is obviously a silly over the top movie based on 50's style plastic action figures, some may find Indian offensive. He is never treated differently than the other characters nor is attention brought to anything regarding his "indian heritage" - he speaks the same way as all other characters. He does wear a headdress, occasionally shoots bows and arrows and there is one instance of him giving a "war chant" (woo woo woo woo).
