This is an episode where a boy who has recently moved into the neighborhood has taken a shine to Ralph. Rather than embrace this attention, Ralph delivers a large portion of bull-roar. But when the boy asks Ralph to be part of a competition at his boy scout troop, things get complicated. The boy, Tommy, who has no father, writes a theme where he portrays Ralph as this amazing athlete and skilled former scout. Ralph must think quickly, so, of course, he employs Norton to help him. There is a real lesson in this one.
