Chopsticks Baby!
montyjergens23 February 2009
Warning: Spoilers
Okay, This is obviously a film that wasn't meant to be taken seriously and it wasn't seriously executed but it is fun to watch and Roxy Haji's performance was priceless. The breaking of the dishes shook me right out of my seat! I made the mistake of watching and commenting on Croton Falls first, then when I clicked on this I expected the same mellow humor and wow... no, this sucker is dark and violent! Look out for the chopstick scene, you'll know what I'm talking about.

This, much like Norcross' other films, is the prime definition of how to use your resources, no matter how little you seem to have access to. It was clear to me that he wrote for what he had: a bathtub, some chopsticks from what I assume are many instances where he ordered take-out, blood packets and a bucket. That's pretty much all that's there. And it's golden, it really is. Indie-Filmmakers be advised, this is a guy to watch out for.

short horror film that delivers
wonderfulbob6 February 2009
I think this is a classic horror film! nicely shot and directed. the story is compelling. I hope there is a feature film based on this short to fill in all the details about the relationships. this film will give you nightmares if you are kid. the screams were making me jump. i really liked the dish smashing!! i would like to know how many dishes and takes that scene took. what was in the bucket on the toilet? what was the format this was shot on? are there any plans to make a sequel? does she ever get caught? looking forward your next film!! oh, i enjoyed the ending the most because you did it with out using special effects!! which really worked for a truly scary ending on gets out alive.
