Since none of these episodes track, I imagine that Ralph will be back on the day shift for the next episode. In this one Freddy the dispatcher (played by a guy who appears as anyone needed in an episode) puts Ralph on the night shift. The problem is that he can't sleep during the day. So, as is his wont, he makes life miserable for Alice and anyone else who comes near him. Of course, Norton makes things worse. Predictable, but a good deal of fun.
