Ralph talks Norton into getting tough with Trixie. Norton goes overboard and it is made clear to the girls that Ralph was the instigator. So after a couple comedic moments, Ed and Ralph are in the Kramden apartment and Trixie and Alice are upstairs. One thing I noticed is that the Norton apartment is much more affluent. The sewer must pay well. Of course, this is the classic case of two stubborn slobs biting off their noses to spite their faces. They turn the apartment into a garbage dump. It's a battle to see who says "Uncle" first.
