Most Wanted Buzz Kill
blueoysterdvp25 March 2020
Warning: Spoilers
"FBI: Most Wanted" is a fair show at best on its own. Barely tolerable. Most likely will get the CBS boot or limited episodes next season. Joining forces with "FBI" seems desperate. Missy Peregrym being out of the picture for personal medical leave could be trouble for the ratings. Where's James Chen? Did he get less screen time for nepotism? Another CBS mistake if it was their choice. "American Dreams" has a decent plot. It definitely had some good moments like we are used to seeing on this show. Bring in the "Most Wanted" team and you just diluted your cast. If you are a fan of "Most Wanted" maybe you liked this episode more than I did. It had enough twists and turns to hold one's interest. The extra characters from MW took away from the suspense portion. Not a fan of those characters or show to begin with. The original "Most Wanted" episode from Season 1 of FBI was a dangerous gamble. The worst FBI episode by far. I hope this show gets it's act together. With Missy gone for a while the writers will have to work harder. Catherine Haena Kim is doing a fine job and should remain on the show when Missy comes back.

FBI was way better than Most Wanted.
AngelCullen27 March 2020
I LOVE FBI and I do watch Most Wanted but having this cross over unfortunately highlighted the difference between the two shows with FBI being far superior!

FBI has a great cast and the chemistry between all of them is amazing and works so so so well on the show! ( I hope they stay on for many more seasons to come).

When we hit the second half of the crossover, I found myself reaching for my phone because to be honest I got a little bored with the no emotions at all cast especially when it concerned one of their own!

I think FBI is the more well rounded show of the two.

No Missy
julrods26 March 2020
Even without Missy Peregrym, the cast of Most Wanted with Julian McMahon leading the way was great. From beginning of season 2, I missed Sela Ward but Alana De La Garza step up and was a good replacement. The chemistry between John Boyd and Catherine Kim is great. Great writing and hoping they keep Catherine Kim on for season 3 when Missy comes back.

Cheesy Writing and Acting
wrenleung7 December 2021
Why were the actors acting like they were in a Marvel film? Who wrote the cheesy lines like "Hey, it's me. So good news on the case. But bad news for the kids: they have school tomorrow." (As music swells.)

Really long...

Warning: Spoilers
Usually I like crossover episodes. It's a good way to get to know others shows. I've been watching FBI from the beginning but didn't get around to watch FBI: Most Wanted yet. I got to say I didn't really feel it. When an agent daughter is practically kidnapped it should make us the viewers feel upset and worried. I didn't feel it. I was getting confused between who were the good and who were the bad agents. I also don't really like it that tv shows always make ICE the bad guys. Nobody wants to see children in cages, no matter where they come from, but without law and order you can't have a functioning society and someone has to do it. Sure, there will always be some bad apples. Whether it's in ICE, the police, the FBI or any other government agency but they are not the majority. So when they focus on that as if all ICE agents are bad people making jokes about poor immigrants it does the exact opposite of what they are trying to achieve. It doesn't feel like a reality, it feels like a political agenda. I know Dick Wolf can't help himself, he just have to shove politics down our throats, but if he stopped doing that the show would be so much better! I keep saying it but, when I want to listen to politics, I open the news. This should be a show about fighting crime and nothing more. I mean, after all that's the hope right? Having agencies that only care about stopping crime without any regards to race, religion or political views. I have no hope it's going to change but the best episodes on FBI were the ones that didn't get anywhere near politics. As for Most Wanted, I'll give it another chance. Even though I didn't feel any chemistry between the main characters in this episode, maybe other episodes would be different but as a crossover episode it wasn't a great success in my mind.

Guest stars shouldn't take over the show
FieryMaid26 March 2020
I enjoy FBI: Most Wanted and was interested in a crossover but I felt Omar took a back seat in his own show. I miss Missy too, but I love my Omar just as much and he should have been more prominent in his own show. Guest stars should always remain guest stars (hence the name) unless you choose to add them to the main cast.

Also, I understand these people are human and they have a lot of stress, but when my good guys start looking a lot like the bad guys (ends justify means, my point of view or protecting what I think, believe, and love is better than anyone else and I have the right to enforce it however I want or "need to") then I'm not happy.

Omar is a great character played by a subtle actor and I would really like to see him developed more.

Hard to believe...

Warning: Spoilers
I find it hard to fathom that a room full of highly trained agents missed the kid using sign language in the kidnappers' video. I caught it immediately. This show was iffy. It's worse.

Normally a 7-8 rating
doug2go25 March 2020
With Missy Peregrym out on maternity leave the show was weakened significantly but bringing back the FBI Most wanted statues to make it better was a big mistake . It was a great story line and I enjoyed the mystery and how they solved it, but the plastic characters from FBI most wanted took away some of the entertainment value. Recommend that if they want to save FBI most wanted find somebody to lead the team besides Julian McMahon that actually smiles on occasion. A new team wouldn't hurt either. The stories are good but I stopped watching the stiff acting with zero chemistry after the 3rd show - it was like injection an acting cancer into a good show with the crossover with an already compromised FBI with Missy Peregrym gone .

Stop with the woke made up junk.
crhollenback25 July 2022
LatinX is not real, it was invented by woke Caucasian far left liberals who are trying and failing to make themselves look important. If you haven't seen this never works out well in the long run for any show.

Good show dragged down by political messaging
rickwright-9489324 February 2022
I've been enjoying this show. Some episodes however appear to engage in political messaging and this is one of them. Is it obvious? No but we're not stupid and given the social-political context of America during a certain presidency we can infer who and what this episode is trying to target. The evil nasty white supremacists are a proxy for the millions who voted for the previous president, who have grave concerns about where progressive elites are trying to take this nation. There are moments when the thinly cloaked political agenda of the show's producers takes off the mask and announces itself rather loudly.

We get it, Hollywood. Stop alienating half your audience.

(I tried to add review to a later episode and accidentally edited an earlier one. Trying to switch it back.)

Politics again? Shocking!
lmchah22 November 2021
You have to love the Hollywood left. Preaching while the stars make $$$$$ per episode! Funny how this happens during that presidential.?Will they cover the Afghanistan hell next? So, what is your solution to the border crisis? I'm sure you would welcome a tent city on YOUR property. Right???

Keep politics out of TV. We tune in to escape reality. This was the plot line that wanted to be made into a grown up show. Fail.

Wooden acting, confused cast. Hopefully they cast for quality rather than checking boxes.
