Offers something for the heart, mind, and soul

I thoroughly enjoyed watching "TOUCH THE WATER." I love the message, storyline, character development, and quality of scenes, offering something for the heart, mind, and soul. Another aspect I appreciate about this movie is that I could not predict how it would unfold. Each scene offers a thoughtful turn in the journey and just the right amount of dialogue and pauses for absorbing what is taking place.

In our fast-paced world, this move invites us to slow down, be more present, appreciate sincere connections, and face the reality of aging with dignity, grace, humor, and the courage to keep dreaming!

Perfect!!

Let me just say very rare does a movie like this comes along that examines the outer story to get your butt into a seat but at the same time have a meaning of human emotion. Movies like Shawshank Redemption and Saving Private Ryan examine show an outer story to grab your attention but manage to introduce you to characters that stay with you after the movie ends. This is the same type of storytelling that in my mind couldn't be more perfect.

The story is one of hope and not giving up no matter that life throws at you. This movie should have been advertised more because I think an opportunity was there to get a message to world where everyone is self centered right now and could use a little bit of inspiration. This one is destined to be a classic but mange to see it in a theater if you're able to.

Live your dream

TOUCH THE WATER shares with the viewer that dreams never die and that through hard work and conquering your fears you can achieve what you most desire.

When an elderly woman, Daisy, shares with her friends in the senior citizen center her life long wish to see the Pacific Ocean, some are supportive while others ridicule the notion. But over time they realize Daisy is serious about her yearning to 'touch the water' and join in her preparation to make the long journey to the seaside.

Through comical trials and errors Daisy and her friends set out on a trek where they learn more about their relationship with others and discover an inter-strength in themselves.
