Go away girl!!! You are beyond annoying at this point!!!! I'm not a fan of April but you are getting to be too much! You dont want to ever have children but you want Matt to be with you?!?!? Selfish much!!!

Why...?

Do they keep adding unpleasant or annoying new characters (DInah, Celia) and make formerly pleasant ones go dark? Charlie has become too intrusive, April too whiny, Meryl really belongs behind prison bars. Will continue to watch (bad habits are hard to break), so I guess the film-makers won't care they've created a train wreck.

Getting Silly

~sigh~ I have so many problems with the show now. I agree with the other review about unlikable characters. I didn't think I'd like Hillary Clinton, err, I mean Dinah, but she's actually quite funny and not as revolting as her man-daughter.

I love April and think Charlie is basically useless at this point. She treated Matt horribly when they were together and only wants him now that he's found someone else. And girl, get some tweezers!

The writers seem to be trying to make Penny and Hugh as some great love story. Every time someone asked Hugh if he "still loves Penny" I shout out "he never did". I don't know why modern writers, whether they're American, Aussie, Kiwi or Canadian, think sleazy guys who shag anything that moves are somehow attractive. I prefered the actor as Lawson Blake (Rush).

The new doctor is just another Harriet, Penny's sister, pharm rep (forgot her name). Skinny, annoying and sleazy. April, Hayley and even Meryl are the only females with half a brain and some actual personality. Penny and Betty have their moments.

I enjoyed the show in the beginning, miss Steve Bisley even though he wasn't given much to do, and really wish modern writers with cut down on the sleaze, foul langauge and anti-Christian bigotry.
