is shot and killed. As it turns out several ambulances have been looted systematically and Donnie Wahlberg and Marissa Ramirez are already working
that case. As Estes is now a witness, he declares himself in.
Otherwise Tom Selleck is now on his 4th mayor Dylan Walsh and the two are at loggerheads over a policy of dealing with the homeless. Walsh just wants to round them up and move them wherever. Selleck thinks that Walsh hasn't thought things through.
