Just watching this episode on Netflix at the scene in the Arraignment hearing, and all I can think of is how ridiculously American this is.

While I definitely like Grace and Frankie as easily one of the best yank TV show for yonks, it's idiotic scenes like this that really irritate me.

The Hanson sisters power struggle is of course to a huge extent sibling rivalry, with a twist that Brianna is the spit of their mother Grace.

That is being a prise SoB especially in business dealings, and like the spoilt brat that she is can't play second fiddle to her own sister.

I love the character Joan Margaret she is one of my favourites in the entire show, I am so chuffed to see Millicent Martin still going so strong. It's just so brilliant to finally see her back on the box, especially in such fine form.

Loved seeing more of the cast return for episode two, and they brought well developed storylines. Decent acting and some funny moments.

I need to know who played the judge, but you only show the 4 main characters as the cast.

This show is so great, I laugh out loud every episode, Frankie and her "conflict resolution sweater" lol, the ex-husbands, all the characters are so snarky and quirky, i just love this show.

Warning: Spoilers
Over the years, the jilted and vulnerable Grace and Frankie from Season One have hardened into cold, privileged people I don't much like.

In this episode, Grace heartlessly tries to dump Nick just before his arraignment. It turns out Grace, who committed multiple felonies of her own during the previous episode, was shocked (shocked!) to learn he's a crook, though it was clear throughout Seasons 5 and 6 that he was exactly that. Frankie, meanwhile, tries to rip off Sol and Robert by goading their contractor, who grew up with Coyote and regards her as a mother figure, into committing fraud.

I don't mind flawed characters, but Grace and Frankie no longer have any redeeming qualities other than their love and loyalty for each other. For me, that's not enough. I'm done with this show.

Money Laundering

Nick has his arraignment coming up and he wants Grace there. She is so angry with him but the guys manage to talk her into attending. The court scene is terrific. Frankie applies her hippie witch doctoring to Sol's case of erectile dysfunction after his cancer surgery. The money is still at issue. I have to say that if there is a drawback, it is the story of the two daughters and their rivalry. They are both quite boring. I did enjoy the young guy who is a building contractor, hired to rebuild Robert and Sol's house.
