This FANTASTIC docu is by far the BEST!! Perfect for everyone and a terrific family show! Beats the pants of 'Alaska Last Frontier' (and so far NO yodeling) a HUGE PLUS in my book. Try it you will LOVE IT!!
Thanks for the TERRIFIC show!!

Diverse characters and beautiful landscapes!

I'm usually not one for backcountry shows. However, I stumbled across River of No Return and have been pleasantly surprised. The Salmon River wilderness contains a rugged beauty that the series captures perfectly.
Furthermore the character stories are interesting and the characters are diverse. I especially enjoyed watching homesteader Aubrey Barton at Indian Creek Ranch. She's a badass young lady thriving in the wilderness! Awesome show
Wonderful Show

I love this show. From the scenic landscapes, to the rapids only accessible by jet boat, to the ways that the few that live on the Frank Church have to do things it's just an awesome show. The only way to get mail is by bush plane, there are no mail boxes, hard for anyone these days to even fathom but it's truly a great show. I watched every episode and I hope that Discovery Channel will bring it back for a season 2.

Best TV series about the Frank Church Wilderness Area I have ever seen. Just found it on Discover + channel. Too bad it didn't get renewed for more seasons. Very well produced with great photography. Very unique show. The characters are interesting people with enough development to make them appealing. Ron, the cowboy is a standout. A very talented person with a wealth of knowledge in many areas. He could of had his own show. The overhead shots of the jet boat and the river are so sharp you can see all the boulders in the rapids. And the green water color is great. Watch this show, it is far too short.
