The film deals with the days spent by a group of diplomats of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia on a lake in Germany near Switzerland on the way to Yugoslavia, after the occupation by the Germans, 1941. The story is quite boring and nothing happens. I think that a very interesting story could have been made about the life of Ivo Andric and his diplomatic work from this period, since he was the last ambassador of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in Germany (1939-1941.).

Great movie

Very nice explained the situation and the relationship between serbs and german in the WW2. I love Ivo Andric and I read all his books.
