Addiction Is Awesim!

I saw an advanced screening for this movie tonight. I absolutely loved it. The movie kept me on the edge of my seat all night. McKinley Morton is extremely creepy as the villain. He played his character very well. The scariest "bad guy," I have seen in awhile. Jolene Shepherd was great. Everyone in the audience laughed, gasped and cheered at the same time, as if we were on cue.The suspense is held through out the movie. THe amazing part is that the end was not anti-climatic. I was not disappointed in the end. I felt satisfied. The trailer does not do the movie justice. The movie is much better than the trailer indicated. Do not wait for this movie to come out on video. Go see it. Although, I did not have to pay to see this movie, I would have gladly given 10.75 to see it. Enjoy!

A Wickedly Straight-faced horror-comedy
el_phantasmo_118 November 2007
A series of great performances make this tale darker and funnier with each turn. The callousness of life is never fully flushed, which allows it to dwell in both dimensions of horror and comedy; to which it is affective in both.

A great example of clever story writing and a testament to committed performances. Delivered in the same time as a TV show, one gets more story and worth than anything HBO has to offer. A Canadian proves once again that the Great White North has a great attatchment to the macabre and the hilarious. Look for the excellent torture scene that beats out Hostel any day for its genuine sense of terror.
