This one was almost good. It just lacked a certain something to really put it in the good category of short horror movies. It had a good atmosphere, though the version I watched had a picture that was kind of off. The boy in the film was actually good too as a lot of times kids in movies or these types of shorts are annoying as they tend to overact. The little girl in the short "Peek-a-boo" was like that and she brought that film down a point or two. A couple of scenes in the film were somewhat creepy too as the boy looks off to see someone has gotten the soccer ball he has kicked into the woods. The problem is when we see the attackers they appear to be nothing more than people with masks on, so this one just left me wondering were they just very evil people setting up a scene are was there something supernatural going on? I mean it was apparent that whatever was hiding behind the trees was not just randomly going from tree to tree, but rather disappearing. They also sounded sinister when attacking with little human emotion. So in a way this short does at least have you questioning it and going over its plot. However, it is also rather vague in presenting itself too. It is short though so at least it moves quickly and does not take to much time to watch.
