Jeb finds Barnabas's body, then he takes back the Leviathan box. Barnabas awakens, he notices the wounds on his neck and screams, revealing his vampire fangs again.
Quentin confronts Jeb in front of the antique shop, they have a fight but Jeb pulls a knife and Quentin is forced to leave.
Quentin meets Julia at Collinwood, she realizes that Barnabas may be cursed as a vampire once more.
There is a great scene where Barnabas suddenly gets a blood lust again and seems more evil than ever. He starts to go after Maggie but finally resists.
We get a scene at the Blue Whale, first in awhile. Barnabas is having a drink when a woman named Nellie Gunston enters. She is one of the Leviathans and Barnabas offers to take her to meet leader Jeb. Julia and Quentin enter and meet Nellie. Barnabas leaves with her.
He takes her back to the old house, she suspects he is not a true Leviathan and goes to stab him. He shows her he is a vampire and bites her.
Julia and Quentin enter and find Barnabas and dead Nellie on the floor. Julia says she is strangled, I guess so they wouldn't have her return as a vampire. Julia offers to give Barnabas injections again but he rushes out.
