This is NOT just some anti-war short film.

This is one of the films included on the inexplicably titled "More Shorts For Cats"--as none of the films seemed to have anything to do with cats or which would interest cats!! I half expected shorts featuring tweeting birds or mice dancing about--not these sort of films!

At first, I assumed that this short was simply a film meant as a criticism of the US war efforts against radical Islam. It sure looks that way at first--as it begins with a Muslim prisoner being tortured by a US Captain. But there is sure a lot more to it--a lot more that will make you think. Overall, I do think you might still consider it anti-US military involvement--but again, it does pose some dilemmas and is very thought-provoking. Overall, it's extremely well written, directed and acted and shows amazing promise for the young film makers responsible for it. I could say a lot more about the plot but don't want to ruin it for you--see the film for yourself.
