A very good episode, I am starting to get more into this 1897 storyline.

Trask will now be staying at Collinwood and his daughter Charity is due to arrive as well. Quentin supplies some comic relief as he is aware he is no longer a zombie, calling himself "the same old lovable Quentin as before". Rachel is frightened when she sees him which he finds very funny, she then realizes he is no longer a zombie.

An interesting turn in the story is when Charity Trask (Nancy Barrett) arrives. She knows Rachel from the past, as does her father. A good character for Barrett, Charity is just as cold and scheming as her father.

We also get some backstory on Rachel, who says she was a little girl at Worthington Hall. She had a special friend named Tim Shaw there. When Trask found them together, he had Tim locked up and Rachel starved and beaten. She stayed there for years and became a teacher at the school. When Trask sees her he says she still owes money.

Barnabas, suspicious of the Trasks, goes to Charity's room at night and bares his fangs.
