Great ending

Warning: Spoilers
Episode 392 offers more creepiness with Angelique stirring things up continually. It's amusing to see Joshua being just as pompous as Roger is in the present day - it's clear that the apple hasn't fallen far from the tree in this instance. The highlight is inevitably the climax, with a quite wonderful hand-from-grave shot which is pure gothic horror.

"Perhaps Natalie and my sister are right. Perhaps there are evil forces in this house."

Warning: Spoilers
Joshua Collins is aghast when he finds out from Naomi that Barnabas plans to marry Angelique. Joshua refuses to accept this under any circumstance and demands that Barnabas rescind the proposal. For a father who wasn't even there when his daughter Sarah was near death, Joshua certainly has no justification in ordering his children around, especially the grown-up ones who are actually closer to their age than that of childbirth. It seems that Paul Stoddard would be a better spouse than Joshua is for poor Naomi here, and the family doesn't seem to be doing too much grieving. Barnabas does a Josette dropping flowers off at Jeremiah's grave, and Ponders how he should tell her about the news in regards to Angelique. Jeremiah's grave doesn't have the year of death marked, only "Here lyes" and his name. There are debates on the proper use of the spelling of that word.

It's nice to see Naomi stand up to Joshua in this episode, pretty much demanding that he listen to her, and for once, he capitulates. But he does not agree to Angelique marrying Barnabas and tries to pay her off, something she absolutely refuses to accept. She decides to bide her time, but with Josette standing in her way, she has to make her move to prevent Josette from winning Barnabas back. It's a very haunting moment as Josette begins to hear Angelique's voice, summoning her again to Jeremiah's grave where she has a miniature casket that she intends to use as part of her plot against her rival. It seems like we're reaching another twist, or maybe even another conclusion.
