A concerned neighbour is fearful that her friend and neighbour, Mrs Dearing has vanished, the home is left in a messy, and blood stained manner.
It's not a favourite episode, the best thing of all is the appearance of Patricia Quinn, very well known of course, I haven't long watched her in an episode of Hammer House of Horror, Witching Time, where she played with Lucinda, it's that bewitching voice of hers, it's incredible, she stands out.
Quite a gruesome tone to this one, whilst it's not one I particularly enjoyed, I did find the story quite a nasty one, a pretty brutal scene of crime, and a rather dark motive.
Overall, ok, but forgettable, 6/10.
