Nicely done drama movie about a sound recording artist from Taipeh who works for a radio station and is ordered to go to a mountain region to produce a radio program about the indigenous population there. At first he is the city dweller mocking the people, but eventually he falls in love with the region and a young teacher of the local school. Very well done in my opinion. And you will learn a little about rural Taiwan, which i found highly interesting. Not much more to say about this, he gets there, befriends the locals, goes back to the city, and finds that his heart yearns for the quiet life in the mountain village, so he returns.
