Hi, Mr. Horned One

A fun early episode in the show's run, and while there is a sense of the tone getting darker and more adult which I didn't like, there are enough lovely moments here.

The Sheen/Cryer chemistry I don't think gets enough praise - it was great at this point.

I thought the ending faded slightly, but on the whole, good fun.

20 perfect minutes

I showed this episode to someone who'd never seen Two and a Half Men. He instantly loved it. The show was always at its best when it mixed darkness with biting satire, and it really does that well here.

Oh Jodi Lyn O'keefe

This is the second time Jodi Lyn O'keefe is staring on the show after portraying Gail in the season two episode, "Last Time To See Those Tattoos". While that was a very brief, cameo-like characterisation, she steals the show here with her gothic-evil-intimidating character, Isabella. Even though it was a dark episode, it's one of the funniest of the entire season, if not the entire show. It brought out the best out of all the cast even Conchata Ferrell's character who is usually a hit & miss when it comes to comedy is able to shine very well in that one scene. There were many funny moments and my personal best had to be Charlie's anointing scene. I almost burst out my lungs laughing when he started singing.

An episode no one should miss. Funny through and through.

Warning: Spoilers
It all starts from the start - the story about Jake's friend's dog that eats its own poop, and then the "Why? Is it hard to pronounce?" are just killers :D :D The whole theme of the episode is so dark, but made so really fun. The whole Alan vs the the gothic girl battle was great too. And then it all came together to join the brothers vs the "evil''. And what more ironic than their mother to save them ? Oh, and Berta and Jake's parts were just spot on. And that ending... "What's mom gonna wear?" - just brilliant.

This is one of my favourite episodes.

Charlie's looks after several days with the witch... Evelyn's outfit and attitude... Like all the puzzles coming together at the end.
