Outrageously funny.

The real Burt is still trapped in the spaceship, whilst his double is loving life with Mary. Jodie finally learns why Carol's mother has brought the baby, Eunice has an interesting visit with Dutch. Billy is trapped and being brain washed.

What an awesome episode for Burt, in both his normal and alien guises, absolutely hilarious, jumping all over Mary and Jessica on Earth, then chatting with a 4000 year old crazy man on the spaceship.

Wow, this was quite something, hilarious from start to finish, some amazing one liners, it's getting wilder and wilder, but this was hilarious. The talent on display here, amazing.

They clearly had a lot of fun making this one. I hope the rest of Series three is as good as this one.

9/10.

Episode 49 begins with the alien Burt spending a busy night with the surprised Mary, who tells Jessica about what an incredible lover he's suddenly become("Burt was always a nice lover...pleasant...reliable...sorta like Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park! You know when it's gonna be,you know what it's gonna be,you know how long it's gonna be,and sometimes you wonder what the big attraction is!") Mrs.David expresses her joy at how attentive a father Jodie is,and informs him that Carol has run off with a cowboy, abandoning the baby. She adds that she will allow him to keep her if Alice leaves, forcing him to choose between his daughter and his best friend.Aboard the spaceship,Burt meets another captive,Saul(Jack Gilford),who claims to have written the Bible(Exodus to be exact, and knew Moses),who tells how they captured him("I told my wife I was going out for some camels! That was 4000 years ago!") Dutch makes an attempt to break out of prison before Eunice convinces him to turn state's evidence and be released in two weeks.Benson,Chester,Donohue, and The Major(posing as The Step-Brothers)infiltrate the headquarters of The Sunnies, still torturing a captive Billy, who refuses to be brainwashed(a young Robert Englund plays Simon, holding all four at gunpoint).
