Probably my favorite episode, thanks to Brooke Burns

Warning: Spoilers
The 3 She Spies are on the trail of an international jewel thief known as Indigo. But during a fight with his men, Cassie gets captured and Indigo holds her hostage, threatening to kill her if the others interfere with his future plans (which he announces). Another young female agent who has already built a fearsome reputation for her achievements volunteers to help the remaining She Spies save their partner, but her methods are not exactly what you'd call orthodox....

This is my favorite "She Spies" episode so far, thanks mainly to guest star Brooke Burns, who plays "The Replacement" of the title. IMHO, she is sexier than the show's three "official" leads put together, and the show's three "official" leads are pretty damn sexy, so you can imagine the heights of sexiness that Brooke Burns reaches! Plus, her character has all the attitude that's frankly missing from the show, and she has the best fight scene as well. Another notable guest star is Jeffrey Combs, in an intentionally over-the-top performance as a famous fashion designer who also doubles as....well, you probably already know. Getting Burns and Combs must have stretched the budget of this episode, because otherwise the cost-cutting is more obvious than ever (there is a fight in a room full of caged wild animals....we see neither the fight nor the animals, not even the cages!). But we do get to see Brooke in a "smiley" bikini....*** out of 4.

Just here for Jeff lol

Some funny dialogue in the first few minutes, but it got boring quickly after that, so I pretty much just skipped to the parts with Jeffrey Combs haha. It was funny to see him in such a terrible blonde wig but he pulled it off better than I could've! The three stars are solely for the 3 or 4 ish times he's on screen. I wouldn't say it's unwatchable, but even if you're a big fan of Jeff I'd definitely recommend that you go into it with the mindset that it's gonna be terrible but still goofy to watch. So if you're looking for a really good performance I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I'm sure he did the best with what he had to work with and no disrespect to him for being in the role, he was definitely the best actor out of the cast, at least in this episode anyway. (I haven't seen any others of this show)
