Wherefore Art Thou, Harold?
Prismark1012 June 2021
The Rogues come to the rescue of Lady Brayford who is threatened with eviction from her own home.

Nouveau riche American tycoon Guy Gabriel who has made his fortune in girlie magazines and collects rare books is going to be the new owner. Unless Lady Brayford can pay off her mortgage before the deadline.

Tony Fleming pretends to be a US professor who is an expert on Elizabethan playwrights. He claims to have discovered a hitherto unknown Shakespeare play in Gabriel's collection.

However Gabriel is on to Fleming. He needs to get to a distant relative of Shakespeare and strike a deal before Fleming.

The story has a good string to it with some nice comedy. Marcel St Clair makes a cameo as someone who is mesmerised by Gabriel's monthly pin ups.

Barbara Eden plays a glamorous pin up who believes that the play belongs to the British Library.
