"Princess and the Partridge" casts TV newcomer Season Hubley as Jennie, Princess from an unnamed country, planning a visit to San Pueblo just to see Keith, revealed by Reuben to be sponsored by the State Department. An evening at the Partridge home proves to be as stiff as a 'state dinner,' the kids too nervous to be themselves, while the numerous bodyguards surrounding the house leave Keith and Jennie no time to enjoy each other's company. When Jennie suggests a kidnapping, Keith successfully manages to take her to the local drive-in, only to find their innocent evening turned upside down into an international incident. Primarily a small screen actress, Season Hubley proves herself to be everything one would expect in a Princess, equally lovely and charming. The featured song is "Together We're Better," composed by Tony Romeo and Ken Jacobson, the first track taken from the forthcoming sixth LP NOTEBOOK, issued Nov 1972, peaking on the Billboard album charts at number 41 (this song later included in "I Left My Heart in Cincinnati").
