Kirk is not funny
Badger121016 June 2023
Never once did I think any Kirk's shenanigans was in anyway amusing and by this point I ignore any of his dialog. I can't stand people like him, those who everyone else must bend to their will or else you are the bad guy. I am glad he will be leaving the show at the end of the season. It is insufferable to think the other characters defend Kirk or try to accommodate him while Dick is in the right by being angry and distrustful.

The rest of the cast is relatively funny though you know they are still flushing out their characters.

George is by far the most humorous and the deadpan look he has when he doesn't get something cracks me up.

More Kirk and His Insensitivity
Hitchcoc10 October 2019
Kirk once again invades the space of Dick and Joanna, making all kinds of demands. This time he is starting a singles club so he can lure in some unsuspecting young female. That's what he does, but he is such a jerk, she sees through it immediately. I'm so tired of his character because there is no development in it.

Funny singles club episode
Jimmy_the_Gent410 February 2018
Kirk starts a club for singles.

One of season 2's funniest as Kirk ignores most of the club members to talk to the most attractive woman there. Larry and the Daryls show up at the club meeting as well as Ed (Ernie Sabella) from The Man Who Came Forever episode. There are many funny moments of Kirk being shallow and obnoxious and Dick getting annoyed with him.
