Fran up your Shakespeare.

Warning: Spoilers
When Fran gets a job in a revival of "Romeo and Juliet" playing the leading role, she is unaware that she is only been passed because the producer needs a flop for a tax write-off. Her busy schedule with the play means that the kids and the house are neglected, and Maxwell must step in to humbly ask friend come back and to avoid hurting her by telling her what's really up with her Casting. This is a very funny episode that has Fran in her New York Jewish accent giving a wretched performance as Juliet, totally screwing up the staging of the death sequence and doing the same types of antics that Lucille Ball and Penny Marshall did in their sitcoms, but only as friend could do. Truly a memorable, hysterically funny episode.
