Vern and Freddie see Margie discussing things with another man and think she is married to him and it's not working out. So Vern tells Freddie to stay with her all the time to keep her away from him. Vern decides to talk to his wife about it, without really telling her. She thinks he is in love with her. They come to blows and find out it was all a misunderstanding.
