A pivotal story on the "Harm Senior" story arc. Harm is arrested/framed, released, arrested, freed with Webb's help, then arrested again. The story centres upon a dossier of papers which (it is claimed) tell the story of the journey taken by Harmon Rabb Senior from Vietnam PoW in 1969 via Prague to Russia.
Our characters experience some angst, along with the first appearance by Lt Cdr Carolyn Imes (brought back from Spain to act as Harm's defence counsel).
In parallel, Mac begins her civilian role as "Sarah the lawyer" but it is clear that her heart isn't in it. Eventually our two heroes are reunited at JAG.
But Harm's quest for his father's whereabouts goes on. And on......
