A pivotal story in building Harm's relationship with Terri Coulter
hindsonevansmike5 August 2018
This story picks up two years on from the "Jimmy Blackhorse" case (where Harm and Teresa first met) and a year on from "Nobody's Child". This is the fourth (of six) outings for the Harm/Terri pairing.

Our two friends find their friendship stretched by the case, but Mac keeps things on track and eventually brings Harm and Terri back to friendship.

Terri's character develops and the revelation of several parts of her "back-story" helps to flesh out the character of Lt Cdr Teresa Coulter.

The side-story concerns the Admiral assisting the daughter of one of his mentors. This lovely young woman apparently has three months to live and wants to be buried in the plot next to her parents in Arlington.

Not Again!

I mentioned the fact that the jury makeup on this series was always in error. Well this one takes the cake! A Captain is being court martialed and in the jury sits an "enlisted" man! Good grief in real life that would N E V E R happen. Jag HQ is in the Washington DC area. There would be more than enough O-6's (Naval Captains or Marine Corps Colonels) to sit on this jury. As I stated before in a court martial the jury makeup is based on the rank of the person being tried. No jury member shall be below the rank of the person being tried. A Captain (O-6) was being tried.
