This episode is an example of how city people think the people in the country are stupid and need to be controlled. At the time of this episode, they had laws passed that horses could not be slaughtered for meat. Horse meat butcher shops used to be very profitable and common. Horse meat if better for humans than cattle meat.
The city people have taken control of hunting which has caused dog to killed by wolves when the dogs were just trying to protect sheep.
Wild animals are killing baby deers in horrible manners, but the wild animals are the one city people want to protect. On our ranch we are not even allowed to protect our sheep from the wolves.
