Enjoyable.

The episode begins with an idealistic environmentalist practicing a speech at home. Suddenly, a masked man kidnaps him--forcing the activist to drive him and another crook to a rich developer's estate. While the environmentalist waits in the van, one of the men kidnaps the developer's wife--as his next door neighbor (David Huddleston) stands in his yard and watches. Considering when the police arrive that the neighbor says nothing about what he saw, you can safely assume he's behind the crime. And, while McGarrett and his men investigate, all the evidence seems to point to the poor environmentalist--the film of his van approaching and leaving the scene, a headband belonging to the victim in his van (see the GOOF section) and the man did not show up for his big speech (because he himself had been kidnapped). Can Five-O straighten all this out and bring niceness back to Hawaii? You betcha.

Overall, this is an interesting episode with some decent twists. My only gripe is that some of the characters are dumber than toast (especially Huddleston). Still, it's well worth seeing.
