This episode opens with Rygel using one of the ships monitors to spy on Chiana and Jothee have fairly passionate sex. D'Argo meanwhile is on a space station with Zhaan, Stark, Crichton and Aeryn; having no idea what is happening on Moya he has purchased a Luxon 'union tattoo' for himself and Chiana. While they are on the station a violent storm strikes; it causes considerable damage to the station and although Moya isn't damaged she is tangled in some cables. The people on the station talk of a curse; the stations two sister stations have already been destroyed and it looks like this will be the third as another, stronger storm is approaching. There is something strange about the approaching storm though; it is aiming directly for the station... it clearly isn't natural; someone or something is transmitting a signal to draw it to the station! As they struggle to discover the cause and avoid the storm Chiana and Jothee worry about how they will keep their activities secret and Aeryn tries to rescue a group of children stranded in a remote part of the station.
This was a good second episode to the season; nobody has forgotten that Zhaan is now dying but neither do they dwell on it excessively. The central story provided plenty of exciting moments although in many ways the back ground story was more important. The relationships between the crew members are unlikely to be the same again once D'Argo discovers that the woman he loved had been unfaithful with the son he had been desperately searching for... how will he recover from being betrayed by the two people who meant the most to him? Anthony Simcoe does a fine job portraying D'Argo. His isn't the only relationship likely to change; in an amusing scene Aeryn tells John that he can have sex with her if he wishes; peacekeepers find it an effective way of reducing tension!
