Blair's touching gesture to Jo was everything in this episode.

Warning: Spoilers
Jo was supposed to give the graduation speech but refused to read what the school wants her to say. So the school then asks Blair to give the speech instead, which she accepts, which makes things awkward between Jo and Blair. To top it off, Jo's grandfather comes all the way from Poland to see Jo graduate and give her speech.

Before Mrs. Garrett left she said that Blair has a heart of gold. Boy was she right. Blair may be shallow, vain, snobby,(or so we think) tho, that really is part of the comedy in the show. But in fact, she is actually very compassionate and kind.

How awesome was it when Blair took out the crumpled speech that Jo had thrown away and started reading it? That moment was everything. Kudos to Nancy Mckeon's facial expression showing how touched and happy she was that Blair was reading her speech.

Jo had given Blair her blessing and relaxed the awkwardness between them prior to the ceremony, telling Blair that she(Jo) couldn't give the speech she believed in, but that Blair should go ahead and give the speech that she(Blair) believes in. Blair gave Jo's speech, making sure she gave her credit as she said it was by her friend, Jo Polniaczek, showing everyone, including Jo, that she believed in Jo's speech. I love that Blair used the "Warner" name when the Dean started to object. Sometimes Blair's wealth and influence do indeed come in handy. This is one time that I don't think Jo would object.

There were lots of other funny interactions with everyone, Nat, Tootie, etc. Blair's parents were really funny with their bickering with each other. Blair's gesture to Jo was so touching. Loved the end credits when they got their certificates, tossed their hats, and hugged. I love this episode. My favorite. 10/10.
