Y'know, if you told me that that there was an episode made without the General Lee, that'd be the one I'd skip. But as it turns out, 'Mary Kaye's Baby' isn't bad at all. A pregnant woman, the mob guys trailing her, and a moonshine running scam orchestrated by (...who else) Boss Hogg. It all sounds like your typical day in Hazzard, and that's what makes this memorable. With the rural locations and the action scenes, there's a real '70s feel to this; a slice of country life, at least as far as this show goes.
Even without the General, the chases are solid, the sibling bickering is good and the boys even take to defending the farm with archery. I dunno what it is, but that's a cool image.
