"Why is it just because you get old you're supposed to be able to make things?" Bernice inquires, desperate to get away from the Leisure Land retirement home. Daddy Jones visits and wants to take Bernice dancing even though there's a big storm taking over Atlanta. There's also the presence of Richard Sanders as the meek husband of a client, trapped along with everyone else, getting drunk on Daddy Jones' moonshine, and ending up wearing gifts that Julia bought for Reese. Away from his possessive wife, Sanders begins to act up which ends up on film thanks to Charlene filming for a class she's taking. Vanessa, now working in a library, seems to be the only sane person present.
Wacky episode where you expect Mary Jo to break into the "Twilight Zone" theme. It seems that the show has gotten away from continuously dealing with controversial subjects and just having fun, so this is the middle of one of the most consistently funny seasons, highlighted by Charlene's film that ends the series.
