I became a fan of The Critic back in the 1990s after a friend recommended it. He said that if I liked The Simpsons (which I do, well, the first 10 seasons being the golden years) then I'd like the Critic. He wasn't wrong, and I'm enjoying catching up on episodes I missed back in the 1990s. Anyway, Eyes on the Prize has Jay launching his comeback after being fired as the host of Coming Attractions. He wins a Pulitzer Prize against the odds. Charles Napier, one of the regular voices, had a guest voice role in the animated series The Batman, and talking of which, Adam West, who played Batman in the famous 1960s series, voices himself in this episode.
