Stalker might be one of the most insane of the antagonists in Batman Beyond. How he became what he is was pretty cool if not a tad hard to watch for younger viewers.
He was the memorable part of this episode with his tribal influenced design and his weapons, but Terry and Bruce had a couple of funny lines, too, and Terry's work as Batman affects his family here when his brother Matt and Stalker cross paths.
