Georgeann Johnson stars as Kate Maxwell, a woman still grieving for her beloved marine husband Jim, who was reported lost at sea. Despite his presumed death, she is unwilling to let him go, which frustrates her suitor Fred Sommers(played by Donald Murphy) who has repeatedly proposed to her with no answer. One night while walking alone in the park, Kate is approached by a pushy and creepy man who wont leave her alone until a mysterious figure scares him away, but later on that man is arrested for the murder of another woman in that park, she learns that the figure was someone who was trying to help her in more ways than one. Obvious but effective episode.

Sounds familiar, but don't miss it.

Now that I have nearly watched every episode of the series, I found this one very similar to some of the other tales of this show. I won' say it's a copy cat, but it sounds particularly like the perfect common scheme in the spirit of the show. OK, t's a very good, effective drama, sensitive story indeed, no argue about it. I appreciated it on the whole, but I think that this series has its limits after all. Read carefully the topic of this woman who lost her husband lost at sea...and you'll get what I mean when I say it seems very similar to other stories watched in this show. But, I repeat, Watch it anyway, it's really worth. By the way, if I was you, I wouldn't watch all the épisodes in a short period of time. On the contrary, I would spread the viewing, with large spaces between the episodes. That would be better.
