- A policeman is forced to watch his partner being mutilated and tortured. The victim has his hand sawn off and his eyes taken out before being decapitated. Most of this is offscreen, but there are a few shots that show the mutilation. This is the goriest scene in the movie.

- A man's arm is cut off with a machete. He is then shot.
- A man is sacrificed by a cult. His achilles tendon is cut during this sequence.
