- During her incarceration she is sodomized with various objects introduced in her like a beer bottle, a wooden sword among others. While the actual introduction is seen, the scene is extremely graphic.
- The same girl gets beaten, punched and kicked in several scenes.
- As punishment for trying to escape, one of her captors spills lighter fluid on her knee and sets her on fire, as the days go by the untreated burn looks painful and infected.
- As the movie and subsequent torture progress, the girl's body and face is seen bruised and almost lifeless, this is very graphic.
