Visually stunning, engrossing

Making up a brain disorder that parallels modern theories of chaos and neural networking, Paul Marchand brings the viewer into a world of psychological horror. His head crowded by endlessly multiplying thoughts, Daniel Travanti is cut off from the rest of the world. Daniel struggles to find the correct drug/alcohol combination that will dull his brain into temporary submission in order to interact with the world.

Artistically filmed, drawing on such contemporary genius as Darren Aranofsky, Christopher Nolan, and David Fincher, Mr. Marchand brilliantly shows us the world of poor Daniel.

Occasionally, the homages are too obvious and the script too cryptic, however this short film delivers. Definitely worth seeing if you can.
