I used to watch Raw Power every week back in the early nineties, even taped most of them. Only the other day I was actually going through my old VHS tapes and found LOADS of episodes of Raw Power and Noisy Mothers (which this went on to become after Raw Magazine closed down).
Used to have great band interviews and great videos (remember these were the days before MTV2, Kerrang channel, Scuzz, etc).
The original hosts were Phil Alexander and Nikki Groocock (who's not actually mentioned in this IMDb entry). Some time in '91 Nikki was replaced with Ann Kirk (not as good in my opinion). Sometime after that, probably around '93 ish, Phil Alexander was replaced with Krusher (who already had a slot called Krusher's Cosmos with Bulsey the dog... Rock Hard, Rock Heavy, Rock Animal!!).
Raw Power eventually changed it's name to Noisy Mothers. This was around the time that I lost interest really, probably as I had Sky TV and watched MTV a bit more.
I think Raw Power was originally based on a show called The Power Hour, this wasn't shown in my ITV region though (Wales). In fact the first ever episode of Raw Power shown on ITV Wales was halfway through an A-Z countdown on N for Nuclear Assault (they played Trail Of Tears).
