The title isn't a euphemism. Two friends discover a time machine and go back to punch Hitler at a variety of ages. From boyish Hitler walking among the fields, to adult Adolph in his bunker, all of them get punched. And hard.
The premise is cute and treated in a light-hearted fashion. The joke could have gotten old fast, but the short doesn't try to be more than a quirky, quick comedy.
The production standards are professional and I'm a little surprised this didn't end up like on IFC or some indie channel. It has all the makings of a cult hit.
