- There is quite a bit of swearing, especially from the drug dealers but it is all in spanish and appears in the subtitles.

- The movie is about the trafficking of drugs, instead of the actual use of drugs. The only times we see the drugs is when they are being transported.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The whole movie is intense, frightening and realistic. A sense of dread and desperation builds up in the movie. It is very disturbing and frightening.

Violence & Gore
- A scene where there is blood all over a hotel bathroom/tub and it is suggested that a woman's corpse was ripped open so pimps could get the heroine capsules she had inside her body after she'd overdosed and died. It is immensely disturbing.
