Could be better, could be worse

The game is a sequel to the book by Jules Verne, with an amazing storyline on its own. You play as Arianne, a photojournalist (who, to me, looks kinda like Angelina Jolie) who makes her way down into the Underworld by accident and finds herself swept up in a conspiracy of world-wide proportions.

Personally, I thought the graphics and voice-acting were wonderful, and the music glorious to listen to although they needed more of it instead of just one basic theme playing over and over). This is NOT a shoot-em-up game, but a puzzle game...each puzzle harder than the last.

If you're going to play this game, I suggest you have great patience and Einstein-smarts...or just do what I did and search the Net for a walk through.

All in all, I liked it. 10 out of 10 for story out of appearances, but only an 8 for the puzzles...they were too darn hard...

This is garbage. The 'designers' should get real jobs.

This is junk. The "designers" have incorporated some of the worst game design mistakes in the past ten years, all in a single package. Poor voice acting, terrible pathfinding, dull art and little music or ambient noise. Worst of all, utterly broken puzzles, with no clues, no feedback, just random clicking on pylons or items scattered randomly over the landscape. This is a disaster -- did these people not do ANY playtesting??? Have they never played a game before themselves??? In brief, this is swill, and the company responsible should be junked, and or eaten by some other, more responsible company who will make better use of their hardware.
